Thank you so much for shopping small and supporting handmade! Each item is crafted with care, and I want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition and packaging.

Once I receive the item back, I’ll issue a refund or exchange as agreed.

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
Items That Can’t Be Returned
Because of the handmade and custom nature of some items, I can’t accept returns for:

Custom or personalised orders

Digital downloads

Earrings or hair accessories (for hygiene reasons)
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch right away — I’ll always make it right 💗
Refunds

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time frame, or arrives damaged, please send me a message with your order number and a photo if possible. I’ll work with you to find a quick solution or send a replacement.
