By purchasing from or using this website/shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone using or accessing this shop.

2. Handmade Nature of Products

All items are handmade with care, so slight variations in colour, size, or stitching may occur.
These differences are part of what makes each piece unique and should not be considered faults.

If you have specific requests or need something customised, please contact me before placing your order.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£).

  • Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

  • I accept payments through Wix secure checkout or trusted payment gateways on my website.

  • Your order is not confirmed until payment has cleared.

4. Shipping

  • UK orders ship via Royal Mail Tracked at £3.50 flat rate.

  • Free UK shipping is available for orders over £35.

  • International orders (USA & Australia) are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked at 20£ flat rate.

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only — once shipped, delivery times are beyond my control.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • You may return or exchange most items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Custom, personalised, and digital items cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.

  • Buyers are responsible for return postage costs (unless the item is faulty).

6. Intellectual Property

All photos, designs, and product descriptions on this site are the property of Just Me Crafting by Mary.
They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important. Any personal information you provide will be handled according to my Privacy Policy and in compliance with UK GDPR laws.

8. Liability

I take great care to ensure product quality and safe packaging. However, Just Me Crafting by Mary is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by postal or customs services

  • Damage caused by misuse or mishandling after delivery

  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities to materials used

My total liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
